Jack & Charlotte invited Calibre Photography to cover their wedding day at Roffey Park.

Situated in the heart of the Sussex countryside and set in an area of natural outstanding beauty, Roffey Park provided a wonderful wedding venue and backdrop for taking jack and Charlotte’s photo’s.  At the start of a busy morning and a packed house where Charlotte was preparing for her big day and with me staying in the background (as much as you can in an excitedly busy house), I was able to capture those personal moments with family and friends as the hair stylist and makeup artist prepared the bride and bridesmaids. The bride then headed off to Roffey park with her father in her stretch limo.

Whilst all this was happening, the groom – Jack had a joke and a laugh with his best man and friends before taking his place in the  main reception room where the wedding party was to take place and their daughter, friends and family looked on.

Because of how fantastic the cake was (well done cake designers), I had to include a copy for you to see. The picture shows their daughter pulling up the top layer of cake to reveal Jacks’ favourite team colours of Chelsea and a cake football looking as if it has been kicked into the main cake itself.

The whole day was full of laughter (a few gags during the speeches) which went on into the evening and the first dance.
